Suresh Raina has officially announced by tweeting that he is retiring from cricket.

Raina was a key player for Chennai Super Kings, 

Represented 11 seasons for CSK between 2008 and 2021.

He won four titles with CSK in 2010, 2011, 2018 and 2021 and still remains their top scorer with 4687 runs in 176 matches. 

Raina retires having scored 6871 runs in 109 first-class games

He began his senior domestic career for UP back in 2002-2003 

He made his international debut in 2005.

Raina played 226 ODIs, 78 T20Is and 18 Tests for India

He was part of the squad that won the ODI World Cup in 2011.

He was the first Indian batter to score a century in all three international formats.
